IMPORTANT: Annual Passes are strictly valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If purchased online, Annual Pass memberships will commence from day of purchase. Renewals will extend your existing Annual Pass memberships by 12 months from current expiry. If this Annual Pass is for a gift starting at a later date, please contact admin@billabongkoala.com.au with your unique reference number and name of recipient.
All children under the age of 15 years are to be accompanied by an adult upon entry. The Annual Pass is to be used only by the persons included on the pass and identification must be provided when entering the Zoo.
Annual Passes can not be used towards special events, ie Mothers Day function, School Excursions or Birthday Party Packages.
Billabong Zoo reserves the right to not provide a refund or extension on your annual pass, should you be unable to attend the zoo during your 12 month period, or if there are other circumstances out of our control.
Any child that turns 3 during the valid date of the Annual Pass will need to be paid for separately when entering the zoo, or an additional individual pass card will need to be purchased.

IMPORTANT: This is for purchasing a RENEWAL of existing Billabong Zoo Annual Passes only.
If your Annual Pass has expired, by renewing online, your new expiry will be 12 months from completion of this purchase.
If your Annual Pass is current, by renewing online, your new expiry will be 12 months from its current expiry date.
Your existing physical Billabong Zoo Annual Pass card will continue and not need to be reissued.
A new Annual Pass membership card can be procured upon entry the next time you visit Billabong Zoo upon request.
Any additional replacement card after this will cost $10.

There is plenty of lawn and picnic table spots to enjoy a meal with a wild view at Billabong Zoo. Spread out and indulge in this sprawling 10 hectare wildlife park.

Trivia Night
Billabong Zoo is getting quizzical on Friday the 29th of November to raise money for the Eastern Bristlebird captive breeding programme! This fundraiser is in conjunction with the Australian Society of Zoo keeping (ASZK), as a collaborative effort between zoos and wildlife parks cross Australasia to help raise funds to support much needed equipment and food for this critically endangered native bird.
This non-for-profit event hosted by Billabong Zoo, with 100% of ticket sale proceeds going back to ASZK and the “Save our Species Australian government initiative” at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
With prizes kindly donated by Bago Maze & Wines, Bunnings Port Macquarie, Hydro Golf and Putt Putt Majestic Cinemas, Port Adventure Cruises and Stoney Park come along, get trivial and show your support to this great cause!

Cheetah Encounter
The Cheetah Up-close animal Encounter includes being able to safely feed our two Cheetah brothers, Warrior and Vongani. The Encounter includes the ability to tong feed our two Cheetah brothers, Warrior and Vongani. You will also have some one-on-one time with the Keepers to learn about these amazing animals and ask any questions.
Due to safety, this encounter does not include behind the scenes, or physical interaction with the Cheetahs.Face masks are mandatory for this encounter.

Koala Encounter
Pat a koala and get really, really close. Your Zoo Keeper will tell you all about these adorable Aussie icons, now sadly under threat as a vulnerable species. You will also hear about our world-renowned breeding programme. Don’t forget to charge up your camera/video for some great photos.
Age Restrictions: 9 years and over. A ticket may be purchased for children under 9 years, when a paying adult is accompanying them. (ie $65 for one child and $65 for one adult)

Little Monkey Encounter
Get up close to our Little Monkeys with a personal animal encounter. Our playful party of primates are very inquisitive so expect to have them jumping all over you as you feed and photograph these furry, friendly faces.
It’s advised you wear a shirt with sleeves if participating in the Little Monkey encounter as, even though they are gentle creatures, they can have sharp claws.

Meerkat Encounter
The Meerkat Encounter is the best opportunity to get really up-close and hand-feed our Meerkat family. The Encounter includes question time with their keeper. The highlight of your experience will be the chance to hand-feed our sensational Meerkats.

Red Panda Encounter
Experience some special time with our resident Red Pandas ‘Rato’ and ‘Tito’. Feed and photograph them as you get up-close to one of the planet’s most threatened species. It’s advised you wear a shirt with sleeves if participating in the Red Panda encounter as, even though they are gentle creatures, they have sharp claws.

Snake Encounter
Hold a snake for a real Up-close encounter. When you feel and hear about the snakes at Billabong Zoo you may come away with a different view to these often maligned reptiles. Make sure to ssssssmile and get yourself a sssssselfie!

Snow Leopard Encounter
The only Snow Leopard encounter in Australia. Very few people can say they have fed a snow leopard… here’s your chance and we promise you will keep all your fingers. The encounter includes the ability to tong feed a Snow Leopard. You will also have some one-on-one time with the Keepers to learn about these amazing animals and ask any questions.
Due to safety, this encounter does not include behind the scenes, or physical interaction with the Snow Leopards. Face masks are mandatory for this encounter.

Bubs & Cubs
You are invited to join our Bubs & Cubs group where we aim to connect and nurture the growth as parents and build connection and friendship. Enjoy the privacy in our Pobblebonk Room while your cubs partake in songs, games and sensory play to stimulate their development, head out and explore parts of the zoo and feed our wallabies, plus a special interactive visit from a scaly, furry, or feathery friend!
Held Tuesday mornings from 9.30am, Bubs and Cubs group is time to introduce your cubs to the wonderful world of wildlife.

Mini Keeperz
Mini Keeperz is a brand new programme for little animal lovers aged 3 - 5 years of age. A fun and hands-on experience for children to unleash their curiosity upon the animal kingdom. Mini Keeperz will explore the life of a zoo keeper, helping care and feed for some of our wildlife, creating enrichment items, sensory trays and letting little ones explore the wonders of wildlife, with a parent right by their side.

Junior Zoo Keeper for a Day
Calling all Junior Zoo Keepers!
A fun-filled day offering children aged 8-12 the unique experience to get involved and behind the scenes at Billabong Zoo.
Assigned to one of our qualified Zoo Keepers, who will guide them through food preparation and specific diets of the animals and create enrichments to teach animals how to forage for food. Learn to care and protect for our amazing animlas, whilst being able to get up close and personal to many of the species we have here at the zoo.

Teen Zoo Keeper for a Day
For 13 - 17 year olds to experience a day in the life of a Billabong Zoo Keeper.
Our Teen Zoo Keeper for a Day program has a specific focus on the work, training and fun that goes into being a successful zoo keeper here at Billabong Zoo. Participants will gain hands on experience as they spend the day with one of our knowledgeable keepers and meet many of our animal ambassadors along the way!
