Zoo Annual Pass
IMPORTANT: Annual Passes are strictly valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If purchased online, Annual Pass memberships will commence from day of purchase. Renewals will extend your existing Annual Pass memberships by 12 months from current expiry. If this Annual Pass is for a gift starting at a later date, please contact admin@billabongkoala.com.au with your unique reference number and name of recipient.
All children under the age of 15 years are to be accompanied by an adult upon entry. The Annual Pass is to be used only by the persons included on the pass and identification must be provided when entering the Zoo.
Annual Passes can not be used towards special events, ie Mothers Day function, School Excursions or Birthday Party Packages.
Billabong Zoo reserves the right to not provide a refund or extension on your annual pass, should you be unable to attend the zoo during your 12 month period, or if there are other circumstances out of our control.
Any child that turns 3 during the valid date of the Annual Pass will need to be paid for separately when entering the zoo, or an additional individual pass card will need to be purchased.
