Annual Pass Renewal
IMPORTANT: This is for purchasing a RENEWAL of existing Billabong Zoo Annual Passes only.
If your Annual Pass has expired, by renewing online, your new expiry will be 12 months from completion of this purchase.
If your Annual Pass is current, by renewing online, your new expiry will be 12 months from its current expiry date.
Your existing physical Billabong Zoo Annual Pass card will continue and not need to be reissued.
A new Annual Pass membership card can be procured upon entry the next time you visit Billabong Zoo upon request.
Any additional replacement card after this will cost $10.
All children under the age of 15 years are to be accompanied by an adult upon entry. The Annual Pass is to be used only by the persons included on the pass and identification must be provided when entering the Zoo.
Annual Passes can not be used towards special events, ie Mothers Day function, School Excursions or Birthday Party Packages.
Billabong Zoo reserves the right to not provide a refund or extension on your annual pass, should you be unable to attend the zoo during your 12 month period, or if there are other circumstances out of our control.
Any child that turns 3 during the valid date of the Annual Pass will need to be paid for separately when entering the zoo, or an additional individual pass card will need to be purchased.
